Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Seoul Glow. We strive for your satisfaction with every purchase. Please find below the guidelines for returns regarding both change of mind and faulty or defective items.

We understand that sometimes you might change your mind. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

Conditions for change of mind returns:
  • Item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Product must be in original packaging, including wrapping and box.
  • The cost of return shipping for change of mind is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

 Upon return, products will be inspected for quality control and hygiene. If opened or used, we cannot provide an exchange or store credit.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain products such as lip makeup, lip care, false eyelashes, nail art, accessories, and beauty tools cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (unless sealed and in their original packaging to be eligible for a change of mind return.)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
