Shipping policy

We are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and safely as possible.

We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sydney. All orders will be sent using Australia Post.

We deliver to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers. For Parcel Lockers, please include the street address of the Parcel Locker location.

2. Order Processing (Dispatch)

  • The "Cut-off" Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are dispatched the same day.

  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • During high-volume sale periods such as Black Friday, please allow an extra 1–2 business days for dispatch.

3. Tracking Your Glow

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real-time.

4. Delivery Conditions

  • Authority to Leave (ATL): Our standard delivery is "Authority to Leave." This means the courier will leave your package in a safe place if you are not home. If no one is present at the time of delivery then the parcel may be taken to the nearest collection point and a collection card will be left for you. 

  • Unclaimed parcels/Incorrect Address: If a parcel is returned to us due to the parcel being unclaimed or an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, a redelivery fee of $18 will apply. Please kindly contact us at cs@seoul-glow.com.au before the parcel has been returned to our warehouse to advise us of your preference here. For all other returned parcels, an $18 return and restocking charge will be deducted from the order refund. 

  • Seoul Glow is not responsible where if a parcel has been lost or stolen unless this occurred during transit. We provide tracking numbers and the status 'Delivered' will signify that the order has been successfully received.

All orders made are final and are sent directly to our warehouse team for processing. Therefore we cannot guarantee any amendments or cancellations of orders once they have placed as they may have already been processed at our warehouse. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all details are correct at the time of ordering.
